Amazon Customer Service

Have you ever had to return an item to Amazon.com? I have! The process is almost painless! For instance say you are like me and like to talk to real live people instead of emailing and waiting for a response. On amazon.com you can just go to the customer service page and click on "CALL ME". You enter your phone number and your phone magically rings. You answer and then you are immediately connected to a real live operator that can help you with any questions you may have. I love it!!!
